Jamberoo dairy farm sold for first time in over 100 years

Harrisville, an Illawarra region dairy farm - that had been in the same family’s ownership for over 100 years - sold last week for $2,025,000 through Ray White Albion Park agent Rob Linnehan.

It was 162 North Curramore Road which came with expansive views over the Jamberoo Valley, Saddleback Mountain and beyond.

The 47 hectare farm is considered high quality heavy carrying country in a high rainfall area.

The property was 70 per cent cleared pasture slopes and balance timbered rain forest.

There was a brick residence and dairy buildings consisting of five bedrooms plus office.
