An imposing home at Mount Martha set in vast resort inspired grounds has been sold.

The six bedroom, five bathroom, two-storey 2006 Graeme Jones designed residence is set on 4350 square metres.

No price has been revealed by Kay & Burton, but is is understood to have sold for close to $5 million.

Its vista takes in Dromana to The Heads, across the You Yangs to the city skyline from the iconic Esplanade setting.

The grounds come with a mod grass north-south tennis court, heated swimming pool, fire pit, putting green and practice holes, and a brand new all-season entertaining pavilion with a cook and dine teppanyaki kitchen.

Pizza oven, barbecue, dishwasher, Vintec wine fridge and radiant heaters with protective motorised cafe blinds and even an LED Smart TV are included.

There is also a flourishing orchard and citrus grove.

It comes with entry via Deakin Drive, minutes from Mount Martha village on the Mornington Peninsula.
