The Hunter Valley vintner James Kirby has listed Hungerford Hill Winery.
The 22-hectares feature the landmark building with a restaurant and function rooms.
Its cellar door was designed by architect Walter Barda to look like a wine vat with the lid up.
Some $6 million plus is being sought for the property and stock through Alan Jurd and Cain Beckett of Jurds Real Estate.
The property was expanded and it has been extensively redeveloped.
Kirby also purchased the Hungerford Hill label for the property. The brand was established in 1967.
