Grand residence in Riverstone sold for $3.65 million

A seven-bedroom, five-bathroom house in Riverstone sold through Laing+Simmons estate agent, Nathan Chapman for $3.65 million on July 17, 2020. 

The 79 Brighton Street property features a wide frontage, six bedrooms all with built-in or walk-in robes, master suite with walk-in robe and ensuite, and a fully equipped classical kitchen with gas cooking, stone bench and quality stainless steel appliances. 

The approximately 6600 sqm parcel of level land also features an automatic triple lock up garage, oversize workshop with bathroom, and a separate fully self-contained studio with bathroom, guest bedroom, wet bar and large open plan games room.

Laing+Simmons advertised the property's potential for redevelopment. The site has been a potential 3036 sqm childcare centre and a DA has been lodge mid-2018. 

The property was last sold for $2.8 million in 2017 and $185,000 in 1996.
