Goodman Group's head of equities Nick Kurtis has sold his Mosman residence at around its $9.5 million price tag.

The contemporary home was on the market for about four weeks through John Melville and Michael Coombs at McGrath Estate Agents.

It was a 2012 Corben Architects designed home. The Australian Financial Review says Kurtis is to build another new home.

Nick Kurtis joined Goodman in 2000.

The contemporary home at 37 Redan Street on the Balmoral slopes was built on its 610 sqm block bought for $4.9 million in 2007.
