Golden Age Group grabs neighbouring Double Bay sites

Developer Golden Age Group has purchased two neighbouring sites in Sydney’s Double Bay for $18 million.

The properties, 315-317 and 321 New South Head Road has a total of 2004.5sqm, with development plans for boutique residences.

Golden Age Group managing director Jeff Xu said the group will continue to develop premium properties in Melbourne.
