Former LJ Hooker Pymble estate agent David Johnson has been disqualified from holding a real estate agents' licence for eight years.

He has also been disqualified from being involved in the management of a company for eight years following the completion of an investigation by the NSW Department of Fair Trading.

LJ Hooker terminated the franchise agreement with its Pymble and Lindfield office franchisee, Johnson Prestige Realty Pty Ltd, due to a breach of the franchise agreement in September last year.

The office had been responsible for many prestige sales on Sydney’s north shore.

NSW government licensing service (GLS) records shows that David Michael Johnson of 987 Pacific Highway was disqualified on November 8 until November 8 2020.

His disqualification from being involved in the management of a company runs over the same period.
