A recently renovated Federation Middle Park house listed with price hopes between $3.7 million to $4 million was passed in at weekend auction at $3.75 million.

Located at 89 Armstrong Street, the property features fretwork design components.

It was last sold in 2016 for $3.95 million.

There was just the one bidder at its weekend auction.

Offering three double bedrooms and two designer bathrooms, the main bedroom features walk-in robe and ensuite.

The living/dining areas are accompanied by a Poliform kitchen with marble surfaces, Miele appliances, integrated fridge and freezer convey.

It also has a off-street parking along with decked outdoor area.

The property was auctioned through Greg Hocking Holdsworth agents Shane Siemers and John Holdsworth.
