Double-block Killara mansion finds buyer and $2 million profit

A Killara trophy home has sold for an $6.3 million, after being listed with a $5.8-$6.3 million price guide.

Located at 23-25 Elva Avenue, the residence features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a carport, gas fireplace, pool and spa, and a full size artificial grass floodlit tennis court.

The home is situated on a 1771 square metre block, and is 850 metres from Gordon station, 1.7km from Killara High School, and 900 metres from Ravenswood School for Girls.

The home previously traded in 2010 for $4,100,000.

Killara’s median house price is $2.68 million.
