Real estate agent Jeremy Brink has left Di Jones Woollahra to move to Ray White's Darlinghurst office.

He had been the Di Jones best new talent award winner in February this year.

Brink (above and below) said he met with the Ray White office and agents and gleaned they had a "different service proposition" from other agencies.

“There’s too much one-size-fits-all in the real estate arena and the consumer is certainly becoming aware of that,” he said.

“Service levels will determine individual and business success, and I’m confident I’ve found this with Ray White Taylor and Partners.

“They’re extremely professional and seemed to go against the grain of what you’d define as a typical real estate agent.”

The part-time model has quickly become a co-agent on three listings with experienced Ray White agent James Peach.

They're marketing a one bedroom Kings Cross apartment for $690,000, a studio in Potts Point with a $560,000 to $580,000 guide and a three bedroom Annandale house which has $1.75 million hopes.

Brink's biggest sale to date came in 2016 when he sold a Surry Hills terrace for $1,752,000.

The Mort Street home has three bedrooms and one bathrooms.

He also sold an expensive Potts Point car space.

The majority of his sales have come from the Elizabeth Bay area.

Brink was born in Canada and has called Sydney's eastern suburbs home since 2010.

The former ice hockey player has been in real estate since 2014.

Peter Taylor, director of Ray White Taylor and Partners Darlinghurst, said that having Brink on board was a good fit.

“Jeremy is very much aligned with our values and what we feel defines a strong level of service and professionalism."
