International DJ Paul Fisher and his wife Chloe have revealed their much-anticipated Palm Beach apartment development, <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/pescado-palm-beach-229-jefferson-lane-palm-beach-qld-4221">Pescado</a>.

The $50 million development, on the dress circle Jefferson Lane, is being developed by the Fishers new development company, YLB Property Developments, and will home just seven ultra-luxury apartments designed by the Fishers and BDA Architecture.

The Fishers, who intend to retain the two-level penthouse, have already appointed Gold Coast construction company HNKN to build Pescado.

Located at 228-230 Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach, Pescado will be designed as a tranquil retreat, offering a seamless blend of architectural sophistication and relaxed beachside living.

Designed in collaboration with leading BDA Architecture, Pescado will set a new standard for premium, low-density living, offering just six full-floor residences and an expansive two-level penthouse in the eight-level building.

Fisher, who has travelled extensively, describes Palm Beach as his personal retreat and the inspiration behind Pescado.

“After weeks on the road, all I can think about is getting home,” Fisher said.

“That feeling of calm, of being fully present, is what we want to bring to Pescado.”

Each three-bedroom, three-bathroom home will feature expansive open-plan layouts, high-end finishes, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Prices start from $5.25 million.

Designed with an emphasis on wellness, functionality and meaningful social spaces, the residence features a resort-style pool, gym, cold plunge, BBQ, and dining areas, encouraging a balanced lifestyle.

The name ‘Pescado’ – Spanish for ‘fish’ – is a nod to Fisher’s time in Ibiza, where the nickname stuck. Chloe Fisher, Co-founder of YLB Developments, has led the interior design direction, ensuring Pescado balances elegance with everyday comfort.

“Pescado’s interiors are designed to blend elegance with comfort to ensure it feels like a home, not just a house,” Chloe Fisher said.

“We’ve drawn influence from some of our favourite hotels around the world, with a strong focus on sustainability and liveability – and for me, it’s all about creating a true sense of home.

“We took inspiration from our homes in LA and Ibiza, using organic textures and neutral tones, with subtle pops of sage green and blush pink to give Pescado its own personality without overpowering the coastal feel.

Darren Greenaway, Director of BDA Architects, said the wave-like façade was deliberately designed to reflect the transition from chaos to calm, with the architecture symbolising a journey from the noise of daily life into a private sanctuary.

“Pescado reinterprets the Gold Coast’s coastal vernacular with modern influences, using crafted brickwork, travertine, and expansive, light-filled spaces to ensure lasting elegance,” said Greenaway.

“Our goal was to incorporate a fluid, organic curvature into the façade so that when people look at Pescado, they experience the same sense of serenity they would watching the ocean.”

With approvals secured, sales are now underway, exclusively represented by Pezet Matheson.

The 48 apartments, on levels 20 to 28 of the new building, will offer expansive, uninterrupted views across Millennium Parklands, the Parramatta River, Sydney’s CBD, and out to the Blue Mountains.

The release comprises a mix of one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from $810,000 and reaching $4.5 million for the four-bedroom penthouse. The average apartment size is 93 sqm, with generous floorplans that prioritise natural light, privacy, and open living.

Designed by acclaimed architecture and design studio TURNER, Willow’s form is inspired by the flowing curves of the Parramatta River. Its distinctive terracotta façade graduates from darker shades at the base to lighter tones at the top, subtly defining the premium upper floors.

James McCarthy, Director at TURNER said the Sky Homes were conceived as residences immersed in nature and surrounded by sky.

“These upper levels have been carefully designed to offer a sense of calm elevation," McCarthy said.

"Curved bronze-toned batten screens filter light, add privacy and accentuate the tower’s sculptural form. Floor-to-ceiling glazing and expansive balconies invite the outdoors in, while maximising views in every direction.”

McCarthy said the&nbsp;architectural vision for <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/sanctuary-wentworth-point-willow-release-11-wattlebird-road-wentworth-point-nsw-2127">Willow</a> was shaped by the idea of a building growing out of its landscape.

"We conceptualised the architecture to feel like a natural extension of the parklands. The forms are soft and organic, drawing from the curvature of the river, while the material palette complements the surrounding waterfront and bushland.”

The design ensures a sense of privacy and openness, with no buildings directly facing one another.

“Each tower within the Sanctuary masterplan is intentionally offset to preserve view lines and avoid visual crowding. From the Sky Homes, residents will experience a feeling of peaceful separation, a real sense of being removed from the density of urban living,” James added.

“We’ve created rational, rectangular floorplates behind the sculptural forms, so while the buildings appear fluid, the interiors are practical and easy to furnish. It is a balance of emotional and spatial intelligence, the architecture stirs something in you, but it also just works.”

Design-driven developer <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/angle">ANGLE</a> has reached two significant milestones with its recently unveiled Kew residential development, Fernhurst.

First, they have secured funding from ANZ, making it one of the few new residential developments in Melbourne backed by a Big Four bank. With financing in place and a significant percentage of homes already sold, ANGLE has appointed high-end builder <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/builders/coben">COBEN</a> to deliver a mix of apartments and freestanding houses in one of <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/kew-vic-3101">Kew's most coveted locations</a>.

COBEN has already begun site works on the rare 4,000 sqm Fernhurst Grove site, nestled in the heart of the leafy Studley Park, where new development is exceptionally scarce.

Edition Office and Eckersley Garden Architecture worked closely together to ensure that the design and articulation of the buildings complement, rather than compete with, the landscaping. The design highlights a strong connection to nature, with the brick façade seamlessly blending into the abundant greenery. The architecture conveys a sense of permanence, making the buildings appear as if they have been part of the streetscape for decades.

Prolific Melbourne developer Hirsch &amp; Faigen is set to boost its investment on the Gold Coast to more than $700 million after announcing plans for a fourth beachside project in as many years.

Hirsch &amp; Faigen, led by Daniel Faigen and backed by Eddie Hirsch, co-founder of United Petroleum, has lodged a development application for the $240 million residential apartment project earmarked for a 1,100sqm site at 7-9 Surf Parade in the heart of Broadbeach.
