Courtyard House, Dilston home sold
The pavilion-style Courtyard House overlooking Tamar Valley in Dilston, near Launceston, has sold.
The single level home, completed in 2008, is wrapped around the solar heated swimming pool and spa has five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
It was designed in three pavilions by architects Dean Baird and Peter Walker of Hobart's Circa Morris-Nunn Walker, the same architects who designed the luxury Saffire Resort at Coles Bay.
The former Melbourne owners, who bought the vacant 1.5 hectare parcel for $225,000 in 2005 looking to a tree-change, wanted a contemporary country house.
A synthetic grass tennis court and studio sit on the parcel.
Insitu Property agent Kristi Seymour is asking $2.1 million.
