Corbett & Claude open first Sydney restaurant at Rhodes Waterside
Corbett & Claude have opened their first Sydney restaurant at Rhodes Waterside - the 31st dining option to open at Rhodes Waterside.
Corbett & Claude are known for small plates, gourmet pizzas and charcuterie boards paired with an extensive cocktail menu and selection of craft beers.
Tim Johnson, Corbett & Claude director, said this is the first move to Sydney, or anywhere out of Queensland.
"We also have our range of Corbett & Claude cocktails and 12-tap craft beer system at the bar, including our very own house lager for those after an after-work drink, or weekend get-together with friends, he said.
Amy McIver, Rhodes Waterside’s centre manager, said Corbett & Claude will offer the first on-site bar, open until late seven days a week.
Other retailers at Rhodes Waterside include Rhodes Phoenix Chinese Restaurant, Lilly’s Espresso & Cucina, Mama’s Wok, Rashays, Ribs & Burgers, Smokkim Korean BBQ and Tomodachi and Guzman Y Gomez.
