Chris and Bec Judd’s luxurious Brighton family home failed to sell at last night's private auction.

The agent is dealing with “two conditional offers” the Herald Sun reported.

They had price hopes of $4.7 million to $5.17 million for the property which was rebuilt after their purchase in 2010.

Marshall White agent Andrew Campbell has the listing.

The property cost $2.125 million in May 2010.
