A corner freehold investment ion Melbourne's Chapel Street in Windsor has come on the market with a price expectation around $11 million.

The property, 125–131 Chapel St, Windsor, named “Conway’s Corner” currently has eight secure tenancies and is not he market through hockingstuart Commercial’s Charles Carty in conjunction with Colliers International and ASM Commercial.

The property goes to auction midday, 14 October.
