Optometrists Anthony and Gina Chapman-Davies have listed their waterfront Castlecrag property.

It was built by a family member in the 1960s.

Set on a 1005-square metre block and inclusive of a boatshed, jetty, slipway and pontoon, the four-bedroom house spans two floors, with living areas and a bathroom on each level.

There are DA-approved plans to rebuild.

The property is listed for September 17 auction with Heidi King of LJ Hooker Castlecrag who has $5 million hopes.
