Bassike fashion designer sells Avalon Beach house

Bassike fashion designer Deborah Sams and her husband Toby have sold their Avalon Beach property.

They adjusted the price on what they were seeking for their designer digs.

The contemporary residence with swimming pool was initially listed with $2.5 million to $2.75 million hopes which were then amended to $2.2 million to $2.4 million.

The Whale Beach Road offering was bought in 2005 for $630,000.

They commissioned a redesign by architect Kelvin Ho which was completed in 2011.

The couple’s Blueys Beach holiday home is under construction following the beachside block being bought two years ago for $975,000.
