Bassike fashion designer Deborah Sams and her husband Toby have sold their Avalon Beach property.

The Whale Beach Road offering was bought in 2005 for $630,000.

They commissioned a redesign by architect Kelvin Ho which was completed in 2011.

The couple’s Blueys Beach holiday home is under construction following the beachside block being bought two years ago for $975,000.
