Annual rate of capital gain has slowed to lowest level since September 2013: CoreLogic

The annual rate of capital gain is at its slowest since September 2013 according to CoreLogic.

CoreLogic's Housing Market and Economic Update for August notes combined capital city capital gains for house for the past 12 months is at 6.1 percent, with units at 6 percent.
