Alex Popov-designed Castlecrag trophy sold

A four-bedroom home at 7 The Scarp, Castlecrag sold at weekend auction for $3.4 million through Phillips Pantzer Donnelley.
The Alex Popov-designed residence is known still among the neighbourhood as "Jane Campion's house."
But it was offered by Axolotl co-founder Kris Torma and his partner, Suzanne Dutton.
The Oscar-winner had sold the property in 2008 for $1.65 million.
Leonard Teale, the 1970s actor known for his role in TV drama Homicide, called The Scarp property home until he died in 1994, and his wife Liz Teale sold it in 1998 for $900,000.
The price guidance was $3 million to $3.3 million.
