Adelaide dwelling values in three-month fall: CoreLogic RP Data

Dwelling values across Adelaide fell over the three months to July, according to the August CoreLogic RP Data Housing Market and Economic Review.

The median house price for Adelaide is $425,000. Unit median prices are $342,000.
