The four-tower apartment development WOVA in Phillip’s Woden Valley, located at the heart of a vibrant new urban village in Canberra’s rapidly awakening centre.

Developed by Canberra’s largest developer Geocon, WOVA is part of the next wave of ACT’s multi-billion dollar regeneration project.

It will play host to a revitalised residential and mixed-use community precinct, set for completion in 2024.

The roughly 800 apartment development will feature a collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments with ultra-convenient transport connectivity and abundant amenity.

There are dozens of cafes and eateries surrounding WOVA, beyond its own commercial and residential ground floor featuring eateries, cafes, boutique retail and convenience stores.

There's over 3,000 sqm of landscaped gardens across the precinct for residents to stroll through.

Dining establishments a short stroll away include Belluci’s, Turkish Pide House and Au Lac Woden Vegan Cuisine to name a few, as well as those in the Westfield Woden, a five minute walk down Nelson Drive.

The Phillip swimming and ice skating center is nearby, as is Phillip Oval, the popular Escape Room Canberra and not far is the National Museum of Australia.

WOVA is conveniently close to transit options from planes to trains and obviously automobiles, from the Canberra Airport as well as multiple nearby bus stops and just two minutes to the proposed stage 2 light rail.

All of which provide convenient access to Canberra’s city centre just 10-15 minutes away.

WOVA residents have access to an onsite lap pool, fitness studio and gym, as well as working spaces that make work from home simple.

There is also a cinema available which residents can book for private use.

Residents also have access to a number of entertaining areas, featuring lounge and dining facilities, as well as a rooftop terrace.

Designed by the award-winning Fender Katsalidis and Oculus Urban Design, WOVA  apartments feature spacious balconies and functional living areas. While in the off the plan stage, residents can choose from three different colour schemes.

WOVA’s one bedroom apartments are benefitting from the ACT government's recent scrapping of stamp duty. With prices starting from $319,900, they fall well within the $500,000 range specified.

Two bedroom apartments start from $513,900, while three bedroom apartments begin at $1,250,000.
