The ACT suburb with the fastest selling houses is Higgins, according to RP Data.

 

Houses in Higgins are listed for an average of 32 days, followed by Gilmore at 36 days.

The capital's slowest selling houses are in Forde, with an average listing time of 144 days.

Forde is followed by Campbell and Farrer, each at around 126 days on the market.
