Canberra developer Geocon has sold 90 per cent of WOVA, it's latest residential development in the heart of Woden in Phillip.

With only limited options remaining for one, two and three-bedroom apartments, interested buyers can experience the brand new display suite which is now open for viewing.

Situated within the multi-billion-dollar regeneration of the old Woden Town Centre, WOVA enjoys a prime location that strikes the perfect balance between urban convenience and serene living.

WOVA, which is slated for completion next year, has been designed by architecture firm Fender Katsalidis in collaboration with Oculus Urban Design, the duo bringing to life four distinct residential towers.

The development not only caters to residential needs but also features retail tenancies on the ground floor which will house eateries, cafes, boutique retail outlets, and modern convenience stores.

The lap pool, fitness studio, and gym provide opportunities for health and wellness activities, while for entertainment, a private cinema awaits.

Co-working spaces are available for those seeking a productive environment, while lounge and dining areas create spaces for relaxation and socialising.

The rooftop terrace offers views and serves as another communal space, while 3370 sqm of landscaped gardens provide a serene escape within the bustling city.

A mere five-minute walk leads to the Westfield Woden shopping centre, providing residents with easy access to retail therapy and various dining options.

The Canberra City Centre is just an 11-minute drive away, offering an array of entertainment, cultural, and employment opportunities and for those who frequently travel by air will appreciate the development's proximity to the Canberra Airport, reachable in just 14 minutes.
