De Burgh launches in Canberra's inner north, Northbourne Village

Canberra's inner north has long been known for its greenery, community vibe and convenient location.

Now Lyneham is set to welcome its latest residential development with local property developer JWLand launching De Burgh in Northbourne Village.

Named to honour the heritage of the suburb, where many street names celebrate the people who played a role in Canberra's early history, De Burgh is the third and final residential release at Northbourne Village. It will occupy a central position in the Village, following on from the sold out Embark (Stage 1) and the 85 per cent sold, The Sullivan (Stage 2).

Boasting a commanding presence on Northbourne Avenue, De Burgh is located just three kilometres from the city centre, placing future residents in a prime position to take in all Canberra has to offer.

Sullivan's Creek parkland is just steps away, providing a green haven where residents can stroll, relax, and unwind.

The suburb of Dickson, just across the road, also offers a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, in addition to Lyneham's creative vibe cafes are just waiting to be explored.

De Burgh offers a range of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments plus studios, each light-filled with living areas connecting seamlessly with generous outdoor spaces.

The apartments take technology to a new level, with an app that lets residents control their homes from their phones. With the app, residents can turn lights and air conditioning on and off remotely, and even unlock their doors with their phones. The Smart Lock system gives residents complete control over who has digital keys to their apartment and when they can use them.

Other features of De Burgh include energy-efficient inclusions, embedded network services, a landscaped central courtyard, a parcel locker system, and low-cost levies. For those who love to entertain, there's also a rooftop garden with barbecue facilities.

Construction is expected to commence in July of this year, with completion scheduled for mid 2025. Interested buyers can contact the sales team to view the display suite.
