Darren Palmer interiors a design hit at all but sold-out Dickson apartment development Mulberry
There's only a handful of apartments left in the modern Art Group development Mulberry in Canberra's Dickson.
Art Group had Cox Architecture design the development in the inner north Canberra suburb, and the interior design expert Darren Palmer handle the interiors, with buyers choosing between light, dark, and contrast colour palettes.
Palmer also hand selected a number of furniture packages for buyers, who will be moving in to the development at the end of the year.
Mulberry, which comprises five buildings, features a rooftop pool and sun deck with its own Zen Garden for residents of its 409 apartments.
Prices start from $485,600 for one bedroom apartments and from $544,200 for the two bedroom apartments. All of the three bedroom apartments have been sold.
Buyers are expected to move in to Mulberry at the end of the year.
Sales Director Josh Morrissey says the location is one of the key factors driving demand to Mulberry.
"Mulberry is positioned perfectly in the geographical centre of the Inner North," Wiggins says.
"You get the convenience of being walking distance to the Dickson, Lyneham, O'Connor, Ainslie and the city shops without being a densely populated area such as the town centre.
"The light rail also allows us to be connected."
Mulberry is part of the 2.9 hectare Dooring Street mini-masterplan Soho, a development by the Canberra-based developer Art Group, led by director Johnny Roso.
