The home was listed as a rental shortly after completion seeking $380 per week.

Located in the Altitude complex by Hindmarsh, it is one of 348 apartments spread across two buildings.

Set on 66 square metres, it features a 12 square metre balcony.

The apartment was previously listed in 2017 seeking $290,000 plus before being taken off market and relisted in August 2019.

Sandra Masters of LJ Hooker marketed the property in its latest campaign.

Situated at 9/35 Chandler Street, the abode comprises a one bedroom, one bathroom unit with one secure parking space.

The median sale price for an apartment in Belconnen is $382,000 according to the latest CoreLogic data.
