Australia's 7-Eleven co-founder Beverley Barlow and husband Douglas have sold two properties possibly securing over $12 million.

The most recent was their Paul Clout designed Noosa waterfront (above) that cost the couple $535,000 in 1999.

Initially listed in September, the four bedroom home was taken off the market in November as a buyer failed to emerge at the $3.4 million asking price.

The price remains undisclosed.

She sold her Brighton home (above) early last year after spending $20 million for a nearby waterfront.

The multi-award winning manor with home cinema and swimming pool fetched $6.5 million after being listed since 2015.
