Philip Waller departs McGrath for Savills Luxury

Veteran agent Philip Waller has departed McGrath Estate Agents for a third time.

He has joined Savills Luxury Property in Double Bay, but overseeing its upper North Shore offerings.

He has achieved some of the North Shore’s most important landmark sales in the prestigious $5 million plus bracket.

His bio advised in the financial year, he again sold more properties for over $5 million than any other Upper North Shore agent.

Waller was at McGrath since 2011.

He was previously there from 2001 to 2006 when he joined the Knight Frank luxury team which was ill-fated.

He was also briefly at McGrath around 1997 when it had its offices in Juniper Hall.
