Brett Blundy's Rose Bay harbourfront listed at $45 million

Retail king Brett Blundy’s Rose Bay property bordering the Hermitage Reserve is on the market.

It is expected to fetch $45 million, three years after being bought at $32 million.

Located below Kincoppal Rose Bay, the 19 Bayview Hill Road property is redundant to Blundy, who now resides in Singapore. 

It is listed through Pillinger and Sothebys.

The mansion has five bedroom and six bathrooms, a level garden, spa and pool, garage for eight cars, a cinema, guest quarters, gym and sauna, and extensive security throughout. 

It was bought on extensive three year delayed settlement terms from IT entrepreneur Neill Miller and his wife Katherine.
