Development information for George + Powlett
Conquering the spot that once belonged to a motel of the same name is George + Powlett. Icon Developments and the architects at Powell and Glenn are the brains behind this stunning masterpiece in East Melbourne, inspired by timeless aesthetics and a strong connection to nature.
With 11 residences spread across five floors, George + Powlett explores the tension between light and shade, structure and nature, as showcased in its facade. The exterior is composed of a series of strong geometric forms and abstract pieces, which contrast perfectly with the green foliage that spills out from selected alcoves. Bold architectural themes and vibrant leafage serve to connect contrasting elements in an elegant, distinguished, and instinctive manner.
Offering abundant light and spaces, apartments are available in two and three-bedroom configurations. Beautifully crafted materials and finishes will be the highlights of George + Powell, as will the seamless harmony of bold surfaces and lush flora. Living areas will flow to generous balconies, where you will enjoy entertaining friends and family amongst verdant vegetation.
Floor-to-ceiling windows, exclusive designs, three-metre high ceilings, opportunity for customisation, and spacious living are just some of the exquisite features that George + Powlett presents its residents.
