- The development involves staged demolition of existing buildings and construction of a mixed-use development comprising four residential towers and a hotel above a podium, up to a maximum height of RL 128.80.
- A 45-meter wide landscape courtyard will be created between buildings, and there will be a central transit hub and new north-south through-site link for connection and permeability throughout the development.
- Two east-west through-site links will be activated with retail/food and drinks premises.
- An open plaza adjacent to Georgina Terrace fronting Leagues Club Field will be developed.
- The development will include 534 apartments
- Configurations: 23% one-bedroom apartments, 61% two-bedrooms, 16% three-bedrooms or more.
- 10% will be affordable and build-to-rent housing.
- Central Coast Leagues Club/function space will occupy 7,108 sqm, and the mixed-use development will also include retail/commercial, residential, and hotel spaces, including 120 hotel keys and 7,786 sqm of non-residential GFA and 56,369 sqm of residential GFA.
- The development will be completed in ten stages, including culvert diversion works, demolition of existing structures, construction of temporary club buildings, transit hub, loading dock, services core, and retail tenancies.
