  • Demolition of existing structures is required to make way for a 4 storey shop top housing development.

  • It will feature metal cladding, aluminium glazing, fluted precast concrete walls with bronze metal cladding and off-form concrete wall finishes. A gravel ballasted roof with a corrugated metal ceiling soffit are also included in the design plans. 
  • There will be two basement levels of car parking providing 35 vehicle spaces plus 3 electric vehicle charging points and one electrical bicycle charging point; there are also 12 motorcycle spaces and 16 bicycle spaces available onsite for residents’ use.
