  • There will be two basement levels of car parking providing 35 vehicle spaces plus 3 electric vehicle charging points and one electrical bicycle charging point; there are also 12 motorcycle spaces and 16 bicycle spaces available onsite for residents’ use. 
  • Landscaping works associated with this project have been proposed to complete construction works
