Truganina lease signals confidence in Melbourne’s industrial market

Melbourne-based freight management company has cemented its presence in the Truganina industrial market, after securing a new purpose-built facility in the area.

Wheadons Freight Management & ERH Refrigerated Transport has signed a 10-year lease on the purpose built truck depot at 34-36 Banfield Court.  

The rental is $450,000 per annum net plus GST.

The 5,500sqm facility features a dual workshop with service pits, a large high clearance warehouse accessed by six recessed loading docks, five on grade roller doors and state of the art offices.

Relocating from its 2,000sqm building in Ajax Road, Altona, Wheadons Freight Management & ERH Refrigerated Transport also purchased the adjoining 12,100sqm block of land for additional truck parking.
