The Windsor home of late night venue The Lucky Coq on the busy Chapel Street has been listed for sale for the first time in nearly five decades. 

The 355 sqm site with double street frontage at 179 Chapel Street  is currently leased to multi-venue hospitality operators Colonial Leisure Group.

Subject to a 12 year lease, the prime property has a 3am 'general' liquor licence in place.

CBRE Hotels agents Scott Callow and Will Connolly have expressions of interests until September 12.
