The valuation firm Herron Todd White has issued its latest property clock for retail - a simple broad brush means to suggest where property markets are - and what direction prices are moving in.

NSW Central Coast, Coffs Harbour, Horsham and NSW Mid North Coast join Tamworth at the peak of the retail cycle as at February 2016.
