Point Cook showroom sells for over $5.7 million

A high end showroom and warehouse at Point Cook in Melbourne's south west has sold for $5,701,000.

The Wallace Road property, which was bought by a local investor, generated over 20 parties taking interest in the 3,150 sqm building.

The sale equated to $1,809 per sqm and a land rate of $1,046 per sqm for the 4,050 sqm site.

A high clearance warehouse spans 2020 sqm. There's a ground floor showroom of 560 sqm and first floor office of 570 sqm. 

The site with dual street access has 34 car spaces.

Craig McKellar and Robert Cubelic of CVA sold the commercial space.
