Piercing studio Body Pleasure Piercing has agreed to pay around $1,900 per square metre per annum to rent a 71 square metre shop on Melbourne’s Flinders Lane.

The tenant has taken a three year lease on the ground floor shop at 289 Flinders Lane (Carlow House) at a net rental believed to be around $135,000 per annum.

The deal was brokered by Savills Australia retail director, Michael Di Carlo, along with colleague Jeremy Marmur.

The Flinders Lane shop is the first CBD lease for Surf Coast-based Body Pleasure Piercing, which currently operates stores in Geelong, Corio, and Prahran.

"This has been a natural progression for a firm which has taken body piercing to a new level on the surf coast and will now introduce it to a new client base in a CBD location ideally suited to a company with strong links to the fashion industry, ‘’ says Di Carlo.
