A Broome industrial facility leased to a Midalia Steel has come to market through CBRE.

Located at 3 Archer Street, Minyirr, the 800 square metre warehouse/office facility is situated on an 8,122 square metre site. 

It is currently being leased to Midalia Steel, a subsidiary of the parent company Liberty One Steel, on a new 10-year lease with a further three five-year options available. 

CBRE’s Geoff Fraser is managing the sale campaign via offers to purchase.

“This is an outstanding leased industrial investment, providing the opportunity to secure a footprint in one of Broome’s strongest industrial precincts, and with the guarantee of fixed income from a renowned operator,” Fraser said. 

He added that as it is being leased to a blue-chip tenant for a substantial period.

"The property is expected to attract interest from local, Perth and interstate buyers looking to acquire a secure investment in a growing location.”
