NSW government selling eight properties through Burgess Rawson auction

The NSW government is selling eight properties in Sydney and major regional cities through Burgess Rawson auction on December 8.

All are on long leases of 5 plus 5 plus years with the tenant paying all outgoings.

The rental increase is a fixed 3%.

Net incomes range from $23,445 per annum to $335,760 per annum.

The properties are at Bathurst (Robin Hill), Cessnock, Deniliquin, Grafton, Mittagong (Welby), Penrith, Unanderra (Wollongong) and Tweed Heads.

Service NSW, and the remnants of the RTA are the typical tenants.
