The valuation firm Herron Todd White has issued its latest property clock for the office market - a simple broad brush means to suggest where commercial property office markets are - and what direction prices are moving in.

The valuation firm has included capital and regional cities on the October 2015 property clock for price direction.

Melbourne and Tamworth office space is at the peak of the cycle.
