Queensland's Lutwyche City Shopping Centre has been sold to a joint group for $65 million, excluding transaction costs.

Abacus Property Group will fund 75% of equity and have responsibility for property, asset and development management services, with Zenonos Group funding 25%.

Lutwyche City Shopping Centre is 18,929m2 has 812 car parks and 12,103mof gross lettable area, with Coles and Aldi current tenants and is 90% occupied.
