Knight Frank has moved to strengthen its asset management services team in Australia, making two key appointments.

Nick Mavropsi will be joining the firm as national director of sustainability, while Bobbette Scott has been appointed state director of asset management services in South Australia.

Scott will focus on growing existing client relationships and developing the asset management services business in South Australia. Prior to Knight Frank, Scott was with CBRE as a senior director of asset services where she significantly raised the business line’s profile and grew the market share.

Mavropsi will be responsible for strengthening Knight Frank’s sustainability offering and ensuring the company delivers maximum asset value through continuous advancements in Facilities Management.

In his previous role, Mavropsi was with CBRE as a regional director and was instrumental in the creation of multiple company-wide operational systems and processes across the Asia Pacific.
