Coles are selling the Kedron Coles Shopping Centre, north of Brisbane, just a year after it opened.

Four years ago Coles Group submitted an application to the Brisbane City Council to build the supermarket on the 9,550 square metre site at 346 Gympie Road.

The state of the art premises has a Coles supermarket and Liquorland store supported by a Coles Express Service Station and cafe Coffee Guru.

The supermarket features an in-store bakery, an open-style butchery and 200 undercover and shaded car parks.

Completed last year, the property is 100% leased, with 96% of the tenancy coming from Coles.

Coles has a new 15-year net lease of the near 4,100 square metres lettable space. The total returns at $1,848,633 per annum.

It has exposure to 31 million cars per annum.

Savills agents Steven Lerch, Ben Parkinson and Peter Tyson are marketing the property.
