Waterview Wharf Workshops, an absolute waterfront office building on the eastern shore of the Balmain peninsula, is seeking tenants.

The building was used as a ship repair yard by the Adelaide Steamship Company since the beginning of the last century.

It is now one of the remaining examples of maritime industrial architecture and has been preserved as a landmark on Sydney Harbour.

The waterfront heritage building at 37 Nicholson Street has two leasing opportunities.

Unit 8 is a 250 sqm absolute waterfront office (top and above) with polished floor boards and high ceilings.

Along with four parking spaces, the office space has a board room and an internal kitchen and bathroom.

Unit 23 spans 116 sqm and has two parking spaces, as well as a kitchen and bathroom.

Shane Blackett and Angelo Gatz at The Oxford Agency are marketing the suites.
