Investors, institutions drive Adelaide office sales: Savills

Private investors and institutional buyers drove an increase in office space sales in Adelaide over the last 24 months according to a new report by Savills Research.

A total of $544 million of office sales were made the year to June 2015, up 27%. The total sales mark an increase on the $415 million five year average.

Savills reported 51,778 square metres of CBD office leasing in the 12 months to June 2015, down 18.3% when compared to the previous year and a stop on the five year average of 86,094 square metres.
