The former Croydon post office has sold for the first time in a quarter of a century. 

Situated at 1 & 1A The Strand, the property comprises of two buildings - A medical practice that is leased for another five years, and a chemist.

It also includes off street parking for up to eight cars. 

Croydon Train Station is less than 50 metres from the property. 

The recent sale price has not been disclosed, however when it previously traded in 1993 it sold for $512,000.

Mark Clarke, from Ray White, listed the sale.
