Clouds of Montville Eco Resort, a Victorian-style resort on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, has come to the market for $2.65 million.

Set on an area of 1.92 ha, the resort comprises 10 apartments and four cottages (with approval for two more), a spa and sauna, swimming pool, a nine-hole frissbee golf course and other facilities.

The current owners had previous experience in hospitality, and made improvements to all aspects of the property and business, including the systems and websites which improved gross takings, says the description.

The owners are keen to sell the resort due to a family member's illness. Prior to them, the previous owners set up the resort over a period seventeen years.

The well presented property is also close to shops, markets, restaurants, art galleries, parks and waterfalls.

The listing agent is Jim Hughes of LJ Hooker.
