It was listed by Michael Kingsnorth and Tamara Athique from Professionals. 

Prominent corner site spreading over two acres with three titles, the 216-226 Long Road property comprises the Old Church, reception/function centre/restaurant, and Curtis house. 

The 100-year-old church situated on a separate title with 1,516 square metres of land holds up to 90 guests with 60 seated and comes with gardens and grassed area.

It has been providing five-star weddings and functions for the last 25 years.
