Central Victoria's Lake Marmal Vineyards for sale

Lake Marmal Vineyards in central Victoria has been listed for sale.

Situated between Charlton and Boort, the 298 hectare property comprises a 172 hectare vineyard established in 1998.

The vineyard is planted to Shiraz (67%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (27%) varieties, with the remainder comprising some minor plantings of Durif, Mourvedre and Sangiovese.

It has a current grape supply agreement in place until 2018 with one of Australia’s largest wine producers.

CBRE Agribusiness agents Chris Holgar, James Beer and Phil Schell have been appointed to sell the central Victoria vineyard taking offers until 16 December.
