A development site at Avoca Beach has been sold for $1,650,000.

Located at 4-6 Cape Three Points Road, the 1,713 square metre, B2 zoned local land is one of the last undeveloped sites in the Central Coast location.

This existing church site offers commercial and residential redevelopment, or conversion of the current building.

The current church structure provides a 250 square metre floor area.

The property is only 60 metres to the main entry to Avoca Village precinct.
